Ruth Mijuskovic

Ruth Mijuskovic is the President of Jackson DeMarco Tidus Peckenpaugh and a member of the Firm's Board of Directors. She is an experienced business transactional attorney and chair of the Firm's Business and Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Services Groups. Ms. Mijuskovic has extensive experience in the formation, infrastructure creation, financing, operation, acquisition and disposition of both established and emerging businesses. She has structured and negotiated a diverse range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnering and alliances; domestic and foreign joint ventures; technology development, protections and licensing arrangements; creation of domestic and international distribution arrangements; employee and executive incentive compensation arrangements, including stock option plans.
Ms. Mijuskovic has significant experience in advising members of executive management and board of directors in a variety of industries on strategic and corporate governance issues and advising growing businesses in connection with their capital raising and financing activities, including angel and venture capital funding, private offerings, as well as debt financing.
Ms. Mijuskovic previously practiced at a national American Lawyer Global 50 firm, began her practice at a large prominent regional law firm, served as in-house general counsel and gained business management experience as the Chief Operating Officer for a growing technology company, where she also served as a member of the Board of Directors.
