Michael Alti's environmental and land use practice consists of compliance, regulatory processing and defending of entitlements involving the California Environmental Quality Act, Subdivision Map Act, Coastal Act, local planning and zoning laws, and other state and federal environmental and land use laws.

Mr. Alti’s water law practice involves defending water rights and assessing water supply for new residential projects.
