John Petrasich

John Petrasich is a founding Shareholder of Jackson DeMarco Tidus Peckenpaugh.  Mr. Petrasich heads the Firm's Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Services Group.  He has extensive experience in commercial, real estate, partnership, corporate and insurance litigation with special expertise in the field of mortgage guaranty insurance.

Mr. Petrasich served as the head of the firm's Litigation Services Group from the firm's inception in 1993 through the year 2001.  He was also the head of the litigation department of McKittrick, Jackson, DeMarco Peckenpaugh, the firm's predecessor from 1983 to 1993.  He has conducted or supervised the conduct of numerous complex court trials, jury trials and arbitrations involving issues of tort, contract and breach of fiduciary duty in disputes ranging from inverse condemnation to unfair business competition.
