James R. DeMarco handles a broad spectrum of construction, commercial, business, banking and real estate-related litigation.
Mr. DeMarco was a founding Shareholder of Jackson DeMarco Tidus Peckenpaugh and has served as President of the Firm. Mr. DeMarco also has acquired substantial practical experience in the construction industry by acting as managing general partner of limited partnerships engaged in the construction, ownership and management of several commercial projects in Southern California.
