Gregory P. Regier

Gregory P. Regier is a trial and land use lawyer who is the managing partner of the Firm’s Westlake Village office. In addition to business and civil litigation matters, Mr. Regier counsels developers and landowners in connection with compliance with regulatory restrictions and on the processing and defending of land use entitlements.
In his litigation practice, Mr. Regier has handled cases in state and federal courts across California, and in Texas, and has also represented corporate and individual clients in arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Regier’s land use and environmental practice covers a broad range of law in civil and administrative proceedings, including CEQA, the Subdivision Map Act, development fees and exactions, school mitigation requirements and other state and federal environmental and land use statutes.
Mr. Regier has been a partner of the Firm since 2005. Before joining the Firm, he worked with the City Attorneys’ office in Thousand Oaks. However, perhaps his most interesting work experiences came in the mail room at the Endeavor Talent Agency.
Mr. Regier has been listed as a Rising Star in Los Angeles magazine's Southern California Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition; was named by the Pacific Coast Business Times as one of the top 40 Under 40 business leaders in the Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County areas; and has been repeatedly recognized by the Times in its Who's Who in Professional Services.
